Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping
Classy Concepts Design offers free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. We ship to all 50 United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location within the United States.
- East Coast: 5-7 business days
- Central US: 3-5 business days
- West Coast: 5-7 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to United States addresses only. We do not ship to PO boxes for furniture and large items. International shipping is not available at this time.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@classyconceptsdesign.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 5 business days and we'll file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement.
Large Items
Furniture and oversized items may require additional handling time (2-3 business days) and will be delivered via ground freight. These items may arrive separately from other products in your order.
